Between the two, that's the first one I'd take.

I have been to both campuses recently, and I was impressed. My family has evolved into doing a week of vacation in the Winter around Orlando each year lately trading time shares. We usually do it around the time of the Super Bowl. Last year while I was there, I made a point to visit both UCF and USF. I did a tour and looked around each. I'm actually impressed with both. They are huge campuses.

But between the two, Tampa is a bigger market. The USF medical school is impressive. I was impressed with the football stadium at UCF being on campus. USF shares one with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers like Miami does with the Dolphins. But there is plenty of room on the USF campus to build one if they choose to at USF.

Tampa is a more established area than Orlando. But I don't want to knock Orlando. It has a lot going for it as well.
