BDJ cards a 1-under 71 and JW with a 2-over 74 on day 1 of the PR Open

BDJ is T52 and JW in T109 heading into Friday's round.
Round 3 of the Mackenzie Tour Q School ultimately got shortened due to weather. SV got his full round in at a 1-over 73, which has dropped him to T26, 2 shots back of the 16th spot. Cone's round was cut short after 9 holes, and he's sitting on a 1-over. Will resume at 8 AM tomorrow. Still 2 shots back of the leader in T2.
