Well, it's somewhat of an exaggeration. I read most of the story yesterday


He was a couple blocks away in the Boston incident

He was in France, but not in the attack area, for the Paris attacks.

And yeah (if my memory is right) he was right there close for the Brussels

So I'd call the guy an odds beater for being in 1 attack, very close to a second and in the same vague vicinity for a third, but it's not like he was dodging death at all 3.
