The thing that makes it crazy is that he was close enough to be injured


It's bad luck to be near the 3 incidents he was involved in, but they all occurred in extremely large cities, Boston, Paris, and Brussells, so to say that one person couldn't have been in those 3 cities at the time of a terrorist attack, while extremely extremely unlikely, isn't too hard to accept. But to be as close as he was to each incident (if reports are true) is insanely hard to comprehend.
