It seems like Ohio State may be regretting their decision


to save money and build a multi-purpose arena for their basketball and ice hockey teams instead of doing what Michigan did by building sport specific arenas. Ohio State probably has a large enough fanbase to where it could have between 12,000-15,000 fans at a basketball game if marketed properly. I did notice one of comments to the article suggest that their athletic department may be (severely?) overcharging for tickets which may be impacting attendance too.
