Definitely too big, but even with attendance not being at capacity

they are a decent draw. Typically top 10-15 in the country. I'd guess they didn't want to limit the size due to other events they'd like to hold there.

I did see that their season ticket retention is always very high. They're just not drawing enough casual fans.

All that said, they should have capped it at 15K. Almost nobody is going to draw close to 20K consistently.
