We can cut expenses, increase revenues, or both..

both would be best, but sometimes you have to spend money to make money. Hiring a charismatic coach that knows how to work the fan base could increase revenues significantly. Not sure of the composition of the expenses, but some are probably fairly well set. Obviously, running a program on the cheap, as we have since at least when Bonnie left (and she left, in part, because we were running a program on the cheap), doesn't work. We can fill Cassell Coliseum for women's basketball. We've done it before. I've also seen a ton of money raised at the Dinner Auction (as well as a ton of fun being had). Seems like a distant memory now. Maybe because it is.
