but what's the deal with Rachel Camp? She hasn't played in the last several games, and observing her body language at games, I don't think she'll be here next year (at least if DW is still here). I've read that DW says that he and she have a disagreement over playing time. That's not an uncommon disagreement between a player and a coach, but is DW stoking the fires of disagreement?

I've said on here before that I think DW is playing RC out of position, but after such a stellar freshman year, this is a precipitous fall from grace. DW is the chronological adult in this dynamic, but is the "life lesson" he is apparently trying to teach RC negatively impacting RC's and the team's potential in the future?

I've only attended one of the WBB practices (last year), so I don't know what RC has done (or not done) to warrant ostracism. DW said he and RC had a conversation/disagreement over playing time, and she has not played since. A player has to see/perceive a path to redemption, or she'll find a path somewhere else.
