can't really argue the facts presented, we just haven't gotten it done in the win column.

There for a little while this season I had hoped that the young women had garnered that winning mentality. They had been losing for so long against everyone that maybe, just maybe, the wins early in the season had helped their confidence and instilled a bit of a winning culture.

Then two things happened. They played quite a few games in a row against highly ranked opponents and were battered AND the basket shrank to half the size and from that point on we couldn't score.

Womens basketball in general is a money loser. Do we have the money to spend right now to pay off contracts and invest in new people or do we wait one more year? If we have the money, make the change. If we don't, I wait one more season before making the decision.
