This time last year, WB said "Coach and I are confident that next season will be one where we turn the corner and elevate our status in the ACC standings"

2011-2012 (3-13) 10th place
2012-2013 (4-14) 12th place
2013-2014 (4-12) 12th place
2014-2015 (1-15) 14th place
2015-2016 (5-11) 11th place

IMO we certainly didnt turn the corner, or elevate our status in the ACC this year. Sure we improved, but we only won 1 game last year!

Tonight's loss was icing on the cake. Beaten badly by a team with less talent. VT looked unprepared and unmotivated. And right on cue, BC took a close game at halftime and dominated the 2nd half. That my friends is coaching.

Overall, 17-65 ACC record after 5 years. Of the 17 wins, 10 of them were against BC, Clemson, and Wake Forest. You decided if Clemson, BC, WF are quality wins?

Along with others on this board, I still don't get all the uproar when someone presents the facts about this program and the current coach. Facts are facts.

Its up to Whit to decide if its time for a change, and if he thinks we can do better. If he truly cares about WBB and wants to return to the glory days of yesteryear, the decision is an easy one.

I'm confident Whit will opt for change, and I hope it's done quickly so we can find a quality leader for this program.
