We deal with government agencies in every state.....

And the variances in technology are ridiculous! Some of these agencies, if they have any IT staff at all, are so behind. We have web-based portals they have to use and invariably, someone will have IE 2 or something crazy. And that's all they can have. So we have to retrofit our portals to handle everything. It's nuts!
