Sounds about right for an IT policy


I've worked for a government contractor for my entire career and it's amazing to see what different departments allow and require.

Where I started, it was IE only. Private email, social media, etc was blocked.

Now, I work where I can use IE, Firefox, or Chrome. Pretty much have access to anything during the day- social media, streaming content, etc... all available.

And they all reference back to the same regulations.
