What's to "strategize?"

A university is either well-endowed; thus capable of awarding a higher percentage of its overall student body merit money or it isn't. UVA has it, and we don't.

If the question is one of whether our coaches are aware of all of the available sources and help guide qualifying recruits to them, the answer is "yes."
