Seems to me it should be a violation of the rules. I thought


the NCAA rules were designed to create a level field, but if you have enough money you can "unlevel" the field. I realize some will say the purpose of Universities is to provide an education and giving more scholarships does that, but it still does not appear to be right. As always, money rules.
