Might as well do 8 then. Why give a bye to two teams? Plus...


it's obvious that having 6 rather than 8 or 4 benefits the B12. Having 6 assures them a slot, while keeping it more exclusive.

I'd rather do 7 and give the #1 team a bye rather than 6. But I prefer 8 or 4.
