Currently arguing with HOA and neighbor who wants some rental activity --->
Neighbor wants to install 2 travel trailers and rent them out to campers. Our county (rural Colorado) has limited control over ST rentals, but I'm arguing that it's a commercial campground in an Ag. Forestry zone.
Everyone is on 40-80 acres, but I just dont want any added noise (atvs and what not) nor any increase in fire risk (we usually on some sort of fire ban that a lot of campers ignore).
