I encourage all to see the shrine in front of Burruss

Serendipity struck as we were in town to attend daughter's grad pics. I reserved the room before Spring game was announced and did not even think about the 15th year anniversary. The photographer was late so we spent some time admiring the shrine (and the cadet's guarding it). I dare anybody to see it and keep a dry eye. To make the weekend even cooler my VT roommate came and did the run with his son. A few other points with my discussion:

- She was a little critical about VT's response in real time. I understand her persepective after looking back at the timeline between the initial shots at the dorm and the killings in the classrooms but not sure if I agree. Some things you just anticipate but that is my uninformed and frankly very blessed opinion.

- When asked about how VT has done since the event she was nothing but effussive. Cannot remember the details but there is an office that is dedicated to the event and those associated with it and they are very good at there job.5 stars for them.

She attends every anniversary with many of the other survivors so there is always next year if you want meet here. Amazing person.
