My wife has been trying to straighten out some simple thing like that for her Mom for months. My MIL has paid it, paid it again, then again...
but they....just...can't...seem to acknowledge it.

I stay out of it, but just watching her suffer through it drives ME to drink - and reminds me why I have no guns.
