Thankfully no emissions checks in Virginia

But I've kept this truck completely stock, down to the Toyota engine and air filters, so I'm sure it would pass emissions.

I had a carbureted Dodge truck when I lived in Jacksonville, Florida, and that was just a little out every freaking year. I would have to pay a couple hundred for a tune up and carb adjustment EVERY FREAKING YEAR. Florida had about 6 counties that required emission checks, and Jax was one of them.

Can't imagine what life would be like in California, as a California resident. I was able to maintain my Florida residency when I was assigned there, so I didn't have to worry about California emissions. I don't know how any car lover can live in that state. A state that absolutely loathes the internal combustion engine.
