There's a little bit of shift in the last 30 years on how that hole has

probably been played. (I know they bought in 2017).

But if you buy a house that deep in the dogleg in the late 90s and early 00s, then you have an expectation that you are pretty safe. But as golf ball & driver technology got better in the last 2 decades and younger and younger players flocking to the course, the players become more aggressive.

Very interesting situation. I would have known this in 2017 buying that property. But maybe not in like 2003.
