So FOX seems to have the Big 10 contract main portion with another partner TBD. Why in the world would ESPN let any of their ACC Properties go to FOX so willingly. They fought tooth and nail to prevent Texas from going to FOX as part of the PAC 12. The ACC provides ESPN with tons of valuable content and are still very valuable to the network even if their Football is not on the level of the SEC. No one on this board knows what the ACC TV deal look in clauses consist of. Sure they can not pay the ACC, but why would they willingly let half of them go to a competitor ? Especially after they invested so much in the ACC Network. We also dont know what a renegotiated contract with no Divisions and possible 9 ACC games would bring. Remember the PAC 12 and BIG 10 are getting paid for 9 conference games while the ACC is getting paid for 8. At worst, i could see some ACC schools decide they do not want to compete in the new NIL world which would also mean more money for the ACC teams that want to. I think alot of the noise being made to ensure the ACC lives through the next realignment shuffle in the mid 30's. Notre Dame certainly does not want to go to the Big 10 if they have a choice.
