Player ejection should be a rarety

Very rarely have I seen examples where a player maliciously acted in a targeting situation. In those cases, let the committee review and potentially punish that player the next week. Again, it should be rare. And if it is terribly blatantly awful, the official can eject a player in game the same way as if they throw a punch or something.
