I don't see the rule change for targeting will make that much of a


difference. If NCAA overrules that the player penalized for targeting shouldn't have been ejected from the game, then why did the replay official rule the player was guilty of targeting in the first place. If the NCAA really wants to fix the targeting rule, then there are better ways to achieve that goal.
