Who is leaving the NFL from an interest/$$$ perspective because colleges sorta/kinda but don't exactly pay some players.

And look at how the XFL's and USFL's of the world have fared...it's not like NFL fans are clamoring for more pro football (not that NIL is really that, but it seems to be your premise) that's not as good as the NFL.

I haven't really heard anyone say they think they'll like college football more because of this. Maybe some fans of the richer programs are, but most people to be saying "I get it, it's fair to the athletes, oh well, necessarily evil" not "oh, sweet, think how much better college football will be!"
