not sure what your definition of "exceptional" is, but first round 4 year deals last year ranged from $11 to 36 million.

I know everyone is losing their minds over (largely misinterpreted) NIL numbers that are getting tossed around, but I can't see even the wealthiest keeping up with that kind of money.

Plus, when a guys goes NFL, it's not like his ability to make "real NIL" money goes away...so he's making that on top of his 8-figure contract.
