DIS 100% started this and made a massive attack and leveraged the media (or vice versa) to assist. No rational person who followed this story can deny that. Furthermore, the narrative DIS pushed was completely misleading and false. A recent poll that simply asked Americans nationwide if they agreed or disagreed with what was really in the bill (and the survey was posed hypothetically) showed that more than 80% of Americans supported the positions in that bill. The problem is that the media and DIS are portraying it as something it completely isn't.

So my only point is that the other side does have the right to fight back when attacked with a false narrative (and I would say the same thing regardless of the party in power). I get that politics in general aren't fair, but DIS landed multiple low blows and continues to lie about it and, to me, that deserves a response from the other side.

And, BTW, I own a significant number of shares of DIS stock - it is by far my largest holding.
