UT is very patient at the plate, more so than Tech I think

Lineup is pretty solid top to bottom, so no one feels like they have to do it all. Very easily pass it off to the next hitter.

UT doesn’t really crowd the plate and doesn’t lean over that much. UT’s pitchers give up a ton of HBPs as well. At one time recently, UT led the SEC in HBPs by a wide margin (around 25 from 2nd place Arkansas) and also led in pitchers hitting batters. Very strange.
