inning of work. I didn't watch the game but it's good to hear we hit some balls hard off their aces. When Walters came in I saw his stats and had to do a double-take to make sure I wasn't mis-reading them....zero runs given up all year in over 20 innings and had about 38 strikeouts. I figured he was either a lefty who threw some wicked junk, or a right-handed heater.....guess it was the latter. Still very proud of the team this series. Saw some Miami posters saying they didn't want to see VT in the post-season, and that we could make it to Omaha and give some teams trouble there.
