Yawn, what is new?

The NCAA never was intended to be the place that equality was administered from. It is a limited authority against the big powers at best. Always has been and why the jokes about sanctions coming against NC A&T and UNC-W to pay for the UNC-CH rule breaking were so prominent during the UNC thing.
