I am watching a replay of that OU game and I see a difference ....

She is without a doubt has both feet in the air but her trail foot is barely above the ground and she retouches the toe pretty quickly. IMHO, the umps are calling the most egregious ones because otherwise, there would be 100 illegal pitches called per game. But that is just speculation on my part. We'll see today whether the illegal pitch trail continues.
