I remember getting $5 whenever I made the honor roll...

back in the 70's and early 80's. That five bucks didn't go too far during those inflation years of the late 70's and early 80's. ;) Glad to see the concept being used in college athletics. They should give more money to those majoring in more challenging degrees. That means the cross country athletes will make out the best.
