Yep..you are 1000% right...its a struggle to staff local 'papers'


these days...no one wants to buy them, and they get
'local' news elsewhere...

And what that means is future journalists find a diminished job market, and/or higher demand to create content that grabs clicks - not necessarily reports the simple news....

An interesting oxymoron...the more connected we are, the more opportunity for a select few to own the news we consume..
