Midweek games seem to drag a lot


lots of pitching changes, and with pitchers from down in the rotation you tend to get more balls pitched, which is what really slows the pace of the game down. Batters waiting for a good pitch, not being forced to be as aggressive at the plate, etc.

Friday's game was forever, but that was because of a 55 min 7th inning, that is usually 3+ innings.
