Think he is referring to the failure to add the necessary backcourt depth

We should have added a wing even in advance of Radford's decision. When he left it put us in a real bind with regards to depth. GCHokie, I and others kept wondering when we were going to add somebody and we never did. We frankly got very lucky with regards to our health. Don't expect that to happen again. We need the depth to be able to absorb bad play, illness and injury.

That said, we currently only have 5 players for 3 positions. We absolutely must have one more wing, and I would feel better if we got two through the portal because 2 of those 5 players are straight out of high school.
