Don't complain about it when it goes against you, don't point it out and want it called when you're in a hole.

You have to embrace it being in the rules to get it taken out. Multiple coaches need to do it, and have it done to their teams.

Bitch about it incessantly. Ride the umps about it in meaningless games and situations, expect it to be called EVERY DAMN TIME. Disrupt the flow of games with the complaints.

Then, the rule will get changed.
