The acid level in your system is too high- maybe from whatever you ate. Drinking massive amounts of water will dilute the acid.

I’ve heard some people say that they also take some apple vinegar cider bc it acts like a base vs the acid. I’m definitely not an expert though- this is 3rd world country stuff where there may not be available meds.
