I should add that we had no intentions on moving. Wasn't even a thought


Our neighbor's house sold. We thought nothing of it. The realtor who sold our neighbor's house sent out letters to everyone in our area listing what the house sold for. We were in shock and realized we could move out of the area. I have always liked the Myrtle Beach area for a variety of reason. My wife had not been there since high school. I don't know if it was 1 or 2 weeks from the day we got the letter than we had a house under contract. My wife and I are generally plodders, not spontaneous people.
