Wait...people are still getting ARMs?

I am obviously not familiar, but the last time I needed a mortgage the fixed rates were around 4 to 4.5 percent and ARMs started tn the high or mid twos. If you could lock that from the start like you can today, why would you even want an ARM? At least they aren't doing the interest only ones anymore I hope.
