The housing market has not slowed down. MIL sold her house hours after..

It was listed at well over asking price. It was listed late Friday night. 15 families came throughout the day to look at it Saturday. By Saturday afternoon she had an offer she couldn't pass up and accepted, even with families still looking. Her realtor thought it would sell fast but not that fast. This is Franklin County Hardy/SML area.
