He had bigger issues than on the court and it was definitely in his best interest to move on. A fresh start seemed like a good idea, although not quite sure how that works judicially.

Would've been better for all if he had left when he entered vs waiting until the last minute to make a decision, it was pretty clear that the outcome in VA wasn't going to be what he wanted given his history.
