Why?


I would rather VT sign excellent players out of HS, develop them and keep them around. If they do that very well, then there is little need for a portal for incoming players. Of course, injuries and a few transfers out might mean an aoccasional need for an incoming portal. If VT continuously needs incoming portal players, then they will be in longer trerm trouble.
