Again, Gov't interference to make a new market viable. Screw the science on pollution and the environmental impacts of electric cars, emotionally, we can't smell burning fuels so they're GREAT!

They can't effectively lower the price of electric cars, so lets make fuel powered cars more expensive to operate. What does that do? It lessens the buying power of those depending on gas powered vehicles who then demand stimulus payments, higher wages, etc which then further devalues currency

Let the free market operate. People that make poor choices pay the price for their poor choices. Let everyone pursue happiness. Let those who make good choices achieve it.
