I’ve got a bonus at every job I’ve worked and so has the people who work

hard.
My previous job it was up to 20%, but during the 09 financial crash I think it was maybe $600 or so. My boss got up to 50%. Full payout only happened every 5-6 years or so.
Current job I get a fairly steady 10%. Different industries.
Every job I can remember interviewing for has had bonuses as part of their financial package.

It’s not just a rare thing for those evil rich people. 🤑
