No bonuses are just payroll like anything else

Have never in my career had an issue with bonuses. I have gotten some bigger ones in my earlier work with some younger companies that did well but nothing much of a bonus the last ten years or so. With a GC now that tends to bonus well it seems just have to get the revenue up to make a good sized pool
