Bubba has no input when ACC schools discussed, not sure what the solution

is but system to evaluate heavily weights early season non-conference games. Over weights them as early season some teams have not gelled and once results of those games for a conference are baked in impossible to climb out as teams in good conference like ACC are going to beat up on each other.

One could go with the ever so popular eye test, but that is most prone to bias towards blue bloods, etc.
