It's interesting, UNC doesn't charge students for any athletic events

When I was in school there you just scanned your ID at any event and got in free. They used every other sports as a ranking system for basketball tickets so if you were in the top 2k of students or whatever for attending other sports you get basketball tickets.

Everyone else had to enter the lottery unless it was the Duke game and you were a senior where everyone gets a ticket.
