I grew up in Va Beach, can't say I'm a true diehard Falcons guy, but I do watch when they're in contention. Used to take my son to the public practices when they were open after work. Got a bunch of autographs. Was neat to meet and talk to the players, was easier to connect a be a fan then. Jim Mora and Mike Smith were the coaches then.

These days, they seem to be determined to find ways to bung things up. When Dmitriof was the GM, they seemed to be better run. Since they fired him, it's been more of a clown show.

I guess I if I had tickets to a game, I'd go for the atmosphere. Especially if the visiting team was a compelling one to see. I don't go out of my way to watch them though and likely won't unless they become worth watching again.
