I couldn't understand why Watson would even consider Atlanta (despite his being from that area) based solely on what Atlanta has relative to the offensive talent that Cleveland or even New Orleans and even Carolina had to offer. But when Cleveland offered $80 million more in Guaranteed $$$ than what the previous record for Guaranteed $$$ I'm not sure what Arthur Blank could do that could possibly overcome a $230 Guaranteed contract. That's monstrous to go along with a Great O line and terrific running game and good receivers core. He can win there while Atlanta is a total rebuild with the worst cap restrictions.
