we could have finished as high as a tie for 5th. Yianni and Deakin winning killed that, but we were very close. We were just a few small other results away from a podium fiinish. It was that close. If Sam AA's, Korbin beats Desanto, Mehki wins, and Bryce finals, we are 4th. All of those matches were VERY winnable, very possible and just didn't go our way. I can't complain as many things did go our way and the guys left it all out there. Very proud of the team and very pleased with the 8th place finish. Robie was not happy with 8th and will be working to get better every day. We have a great coaching staff that are also wonderful people. Anyone who has not already who follows our program, get out your checkbooks. The SERTC support is a big reason we are doing well, and we have to grow the donor base to take the next step. We may never reach the PSU's of the world, but the next level is very much within reach and our staff is working day and night to get there.
