...the best funded teams will be at the front.

Still think Mercedes has the most powerful engine, even if it has a shorter lifespan than everyone else. Speaking of shorter lifespans, I think that every time you change an engine over the allocation, you should the next race at the back of the field. No 5 or 10 grid spot penalties. At the freaking back!
